Centrally located in the Old Western Australia Trustees Hall, The Trustee is worth stopping by for a drink, if only to check out the décor.
Relax in the ambience of the bar, with six metre high art deco ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and restored herringbone parquetry. And with over 500 wines to choose from by the bottle or glass there is surely a wine to suit your taste from the purpose built glass and brass wine vault taking pride of place in the bar. The bar menu is served until 11.30pm, with an extensive selection of nibbles.
If you are feeling ravenous, head to the bistro for a meal of generous proportions. Their ‘nose to tail’ menu has something to awaken the carnivore in you, with a serious selection of steaks.
