Located just 30 minutes from the heart of Perth in the Swan Valleys, across 4.5 hectacres of land, Gomboc Gallery Sculpture Park sits as a continuous work in progress. Developing over the past twenty years, the Sculpture Park is the only privately owned sculpture exhibition space in Western Australia, showing diverse pieces from national and international artists. The annual sculpture exhibition has evolved since it began in 1984 into a major showcase with international, national and local perspectives and artists. The constant involvement of students from the local tertiary institutions has always been a success at the Sculpture Surveys, where the students create sculptures in the outdoor environment.
The Gomboc Gallery, established in 1982, is one of the oldest and largest privately owned galleries in Western Australia. The gallery provides exhibitions for established and up-and-coming artists of all disciplines, with five large indoor exhibition spaces and a new major exhibition displayed every month.
